Refund Policy

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer's personal reasons or change of mind. If we mistakenly deliver an item that is different from your order, we will exchange it at our expense.

If there is something wrong with the product, we will accept returns or exchanges only within 7 days of receipt in Japan and within 25 days of receipt outside Japan.

 

(However, if the product has already been used, we will not accept returns or exchanges.)

You will need to pay the return shipping costs for returns or exchanges if there is a problem with the delivered product.

When you buy our knives, we stand by them with a lifetime guarantee.

Make sure to save or transfer your proof of purchase so that the guarantee can be passed onto the new user. For example, even if a knife is given to someone else, the new owner will be able to reach out to us with the original proof of purchase and we can organise for repair, refurbishment, or similar.


We stand behind our brand and our suppliers, which means that we are determined to take care of the knives with responsibility even after many years (within reason). 

 

*Note: all policies still apply to requests for repair, refurbishment, or replacement.
 

If you take good care of your knives, you can use them for 10+ years at least for household use.
